The estate's finest Trousseau vines on limestone soil – such as the Corvées sous Curon parcel in particular – vinified using destemmed grapes in wooden vats followed by aging for 1 year in a demi-muid.

A rich and concentrated red, with all the charm of the fruit and the velvety tannins specific to the grape variety: a wine of high expression, one of the finest Trousseau cuvées that the Jura can offer.
