Connected to the Traminer grape family and the most widely grown indigenous grape varietal in Austria, the Grüner Veltliner is vinified in large barrels (some barrels undergo brief pellicular maceration) using indigenous yeasts, without sulfur or racking, before aging in large barrels and tuns.

Unique aromatic complexity (citrus fruits, yellow fruits, white flowers and a touch of spice), with oxidative notes and a long mineral saline finish: a highly original white wine.
