A pet nat made with 30-year-old vines of Chenin from the 2021 harvest following the ancestral method, with the end of fermentation taking place in the bottle, befor being aged for 1 year.

Notes of white fruits and citrus, fine bubbles and an elegant texture, offering freshness and lots of flavour.
