Old vines of Trousseau grown on one of Arbois' finest terroirs - grey marl on a limestone subsoil in the lieu-dit 'Les Corvées' - vinified with a small amount of whole bunches.

Both elegant and powerful, with the silken texture of aged Trousseau, and aromas of black fruits and spices.
