Burgundian grapes Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are perfectly suited to the marl soils so typical of the Arbois area, revealing certain facets of their personalities.

Vinified with part of the harvest in whole bunches and the rest destemmed, then matured in vats, this Pinot-Chardonnay blend is characterised by its smoky reduction, fine texture and firm finish.
