Selection of grapes from very old, ungrafted Verdejo vines, experimental vinification in 16-litre glass demijohns, with a slow fermentation followed by aging on fine lees in a cool cellar.

Expressive of the Verdejo character, this white is both subtle and distinctive with great complexity, aromatics and intensity of body: a connoisseur's wine, and an extremely rare micro-cuvée (only 380 bottles produced)!
