From Chenin vines (around 45 years old) grown on the schist terroir of Rablay-sur-Layon, a selection of botrytized grapes that produce a rich sweet Anjou.  

The noble rot caused by botrytis yields an exceptional concentration of aromas and sugars, with fine acidity: a sweet wine of great depth and breadth.
