Coming from a blue marl terroir ideally suited to Savagnin, vinification for this cuvée begins with a short (overnight) pellicular maceration before pressing, then ageing in ullaged barrels.

Beautiful, intense aromas with notes of stone fruits and a hint of spice, this is a dense, straight and powerful wine, uniting the fleshiness of the fruit with a saline minerality emblematic of its terroir.
