Old, very old verdejo vines for a white vinified by direct pressing then aged for 5 months on fine lees in vats. Unfiltered and sulfur free.

Under its name Correcaminos – in other words the great geocoucou, the famous roadrunner –, a lively and dynamic white with notes of fresh fruit and citrus zest, with a nice acidity and a hint of sapid bitters.
