The "Mont des pêchers" is characterised by a marl-limestone soil rich in limestone pebbles and, with its east/south-east exposure, by a warm microclimate conducive to early ripening: among the Grands d'Alsace, a Cru that is both rich and chiselled.

With its subtle aromatic nuances and chiselled minerality, this is a Grand Cru with a slender body, remarkable vinosity, finesse and distinction, and marked by a hint of oxidation.
